Jacqui is a highly accomplished Non-Executive Director and Executive. With an Executive career spanning 30 years across a range of commodities (Gold, Copper, Uranium, Iron Ore, Coal). Jacqui now has a Non-Executive Directorship portfolio career in Resources, FMCG, Arts and Insurance sectors. Including ASX listed New Hope Corporation and 29 Metals. On the ASX listed Boards she is Chair of Health and Safety Committees, and member of Audit and Risk and REM committees.
As Director of JE McGill Consulting she offers a broad range of consulting services including Leadership Coaching, Business Planning and Strategy.
During her 30-year executive career, which was predominantly operationally focused and included P&L accountability for large scale resource operations. She is well known for her expertise in people leadership and culture, governance of organisations with high levels of operational risk and complexity. Her overseas experience was gained in South America in both Technical and Project roles for BHP.
She has a Degree in Metallurgy, an MBA in Business Management and in 2016 was honoured with a Doctorate at Adelaide University for her works in Inclusion and Diversity. A graduate of AICD and a participant in the AICD Chair’s mentoring program in 2019. In 2016 she attended Wharton Business School Executive Leadership program as a scholarship recipient of Chief Executive Women. In 2020 she was awarded an AO for her services to the Resource Sector and leadership on Gender inclusion and diversity.
